My main mode of working out is definitely running. However, due to some injuries, I have had to switch things up. I get tired of doing the same things over and over, so every once in awhile I actually look at my Fitness board on Pinterest. The workouts I have found have been hit and miss, but this one was awesome!
I did the whole thing 3 times through for a 45 minute workout instead of just twice for a 30 minute workout. I do have a jump rope but you can also do other cardio moves such as mountain climbers, burpees, or jumping jacks. I loved this workout, it was challenging and went by pretty fast. If you are in a workout slump or looking to try something new, give this a whirl!
