Grilled Southwestern Flatbread

I have been seeing some grilled pizzas floating around Pinterest and what not. They always look so amazing to me! They are delicious and somewhat healthy so I decided to try them out. 




Grilled Southwestern Flatbread Pizza:
2 flatbreads
3 cups cooked chicken
1 can of corn
1 tomato
1 red bell pepper
1/2 c fresh cilantro
6 T of lime juice
2 cup of cheddar cheese

Slice tomato and bell pepper. Spread ingredients evenly over both pizzas.

This was my first time grilling a flatbread so it didn't turn out perfectly. I would recommend cooking it for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees. If you want it to be crunchy, cook it longer. If you want it to be chewy, cook it shorter.
